How we got here
When we launched WGB in early 2023, we began as a Personal Branding and Content Marketing agency. We loved the craft. We saw firsthand how powerful content was for gaining attention and building deep trust with an audience.
But we also saw the gap. We realized that relying only on organic content was a game of hope. It builds a brand, yes—but it doesn't guarantee a predictable pipeline next month. Our clients needed more than just "likes"; they needed sustainable growth.
So, we went into the lab. For over two years, we took a deep dive into the mechanics of growth. We obsessed over Paid Ads. We mastered Signal-Based Outreach. We didn't just want to "do lead gen"; we wanted to solve the puzzle of how to combine the trust-building power of content with the predictability of paid and outbound.
The result is the Trust Engine. Today, we combine the best of both worlds: The short-term predictability of a sales engine with the long-term compounding effects of a brand. We built the agency we wished existed when we started.
