Moritz Lambrecht, founder of adspecialist, was already running a 7-figure agency with international clients in 2023. But outside of referral circles, almost no one knew them: he just had 700 followers on LinkedIn and hadn't published a single post.
The goal was clear: build visibility in the e-commerce space, establish himself as the go-to expert for influencer marketing – and fill the pipeline systematically, instead of depending on referrals.

01 The Foundation
Everything started with a Deep Dive Workshop. We developed the positioning and rebuilt the LinkedIn profile from scratch – with a clear focus on influencer marketing. In parallel, we created a Target Account List with exactly the companies adspecialist wanted to win as clients.

Moritz' content strategy is built on two pillars: deep expert content around influencer marketing – and authentic storytelling about adspecialist, his journey and the agency's values. We extract his insights in weekly content calls – our team turns these into posts and visuals. This is how we have consistently published 3 posts per week for 2.5 years without exception.
03 Account-Based Amplification
We amplify the strongest posts as Thought Leader Ads, targeted directly at the decision-makers on the Target Account List. This keeps Moritz consistently visible to the right people – far beyond the organic feed.
