Sebastian Vogg, founder of VOGGSMEDIA, has been running a successful agency for more than 7 years with brands like Westwing, HelloFresh, Carly and Tom Tailor.
Between 2021 and 2023, he was visible on LinkedIn. Then the focus shifted fully to delivery and other projects, and LinkedIn was completely sidelined.
As a result, visibility dropped to zero and the pipeline ran almost exclusively on existing accounts and referrals.
The goal was clear: get back to visibility on LinkedIn, sharpen the USPs in a market where almost no agency differentiates clearly, and systematically generate new clients.

Everything started with a Deep Dive Workshop. We developed the positioning, with TikTok-first performance marketing as the core USP and the family-run agency as an unmistakable narrative. In parallel, we rebuilt the LinkedIn profile and created a Target Account List with exactly the consumer brands VOGGSMEDIA wanted to win.

Sebastian's content strategy is built on two pillars: deep expert content around TikTok-first performance marketing, and authentic storytelling from agency life, the family story and Sebastian's personal journey. In regular content calls, we extract his insights and our team turns these into posts and visuals. This creates consistent content that makes the positioning visible week after week.
03 Account-Based Amplification
We amplify the strongest posts as Thought Leader Ads, targeted directly at the decision-makers on the Target Account List. This keeps VOGGSMEDIA consistently visible to the right people, far beyond the organic feed.
04 Signal-Based Outreach
We continuously track market signals and content signals like follows, likes and profile visits. On top of that, we actively extend their offline activities like trade shows, talks, TikTok events and award ceremonies into outreach. This systematically turns offline encounters into warm pipeline.

In just over 12 months, Sebastian went from zero LinkedIn activity to more than 340,000 impressions. His posts get strong engagement and a lot of resonance from the community. Wins like awards, speaker slots and partner events we surface to a much wider audience. The result is a steady stream of signals from exactly the right people.
