How Beilmann Marketing became the top address for full-funnel Google Ads in D2C through LinkedIn

Beilmann Marketing is a Google & YouTube Ads agency for international D2C brands

Lukas Beilmann, Co-Founder of Beilmann Marketing, has been running a Google Ads agency for D2C brands since 2019 – today with over 40 people, a nine-figure ad spend and brands like Loop Earplugs, ahead and Jägermeister in the portfolio.
But for a long time, LinkedIn didn't keep pace with the operational growth.
Beilmann's specialisation in Demand Gen, YouTube and the upper funnel wasn't yet clearly anchored in the market, and Lukas himself, as an operationally hands-on founder, simply didn't have the capacity to build the channel on his own.
The goal was clear: position Lukas as the face and voice of the agency, establish Beilmann Marketing as the long-term partner for full-funnel Google Ads in D2C, and build a continuous sales pipeline.

01 The Foundation
Everything started with a Deep Dive Workshop. We worked out what Beilmann's absolute USP really is: Demand Gen, YouTube and the upper funnel – exactly the area where many classic Google Ads agencies don't actively operate. We translated this position into a clear content strategy, rebuilt the LinkedIn profile and created a Target Account List with exactly the D2C brands Beilmann wanted to win as long-term partners.
02 Founder-Led Content
Lukas and Maximilian Hofer, Lead Marketing & Relations at Beilmann, bring the insights – we bring the system. Asynchronously and in bi-weekly calls, we capture their stories from the operational day-to-day, workshops, talks and events. In parallel with the content, we track signals – follows, likes and comments on Lukas' posts, ad engagement, external market signals – and turn every one of them into an opening for personalised outreach. On top of that, we run targeted campaigns around specific moments or with concrete offers that reliably generate pipeline. The impact we created
In around 2 years, Lukas has generated 1.34M impressions on LinkedIn, grown the profile to nearly 10,000 followers and built consistently strong engagement. More importantly, this translates into pipeline: we generate between 4 and 8 qualified sales calls per month from the channel.
Beilmann Marketing has moved clearly upmarket – toward 8 and 9-figure D2C brands – and won multiple new clients over the period. By the time prospects come into the first call, they already know Lukas' content, so the conversation starts on a completely different level. At the same time, the market perception has shifted: Beilmann is now actively asked for Demand Gen, YouTube and full-funnel Google, no longer just for Google Ads in general.
