Florian Litterst, founder of adsventure, was already a recognized expert – a regular OMR speaker, host of his own podcast, blog and YouTube channel. But his LinkedIn presence told a different story: 12 posts in ten months, with months-long gaps in between.
At the same time, adsventure wanted to move upmarket – away from founder-led D2C brands, towards established brands.
The goal was clear: establish Florian as a thought leader, position adsventure as the go-to agency for established brands – and consistently reach the decision-makers who had not yet had adsventure on their radar.
We didn't just want to "run his LinkedIn." We wanted to build a Trust Engine that would act as the central hub for his entire marketing strategy
01 The Foundation
Everything started with a Deep Dive Workshop. We developed the positioning, rebuilt the LinkedIn profile from scratch – with a clear focus on established brands as the target audience. In parallel, we created a Target Account List with exactly the companies adsventure wanted to win as clients.
02 Founder-Led Content
Florian brings the insights – we bring the system. In a weekly 45-minute content call, we extract his stories, opinions and expertise. Our team turns these into posts and visuals. Florian's time investment: 60–90 minutes per week.
03 Account-Based Amplification
We amplify the strongest posts as Thought Leader Ads, targeted directly at the decision-makers on the Target Account List. This keeps adsventure consistently visible to the right people – throughout the entire, often months-long sales cycle.
04 Content Ecosystem
LinkedIn became the R&D lab. Winning topics flow into YouTube videos, blog articles and podcast episodes – a system that doesn't just fill the feed, but drives adsventure's entire marketing engine.
The impact we created
In 12 months, Florian published over 150 posts – up from just 12 in the previous ten months. The content generated 1.39 million impressions and reached 350,000 people.
More importantly, adsventure moved meaningfully upmarket. The agency is now winning enterprise deals with established brands that would have been out of reach a year ago – including a German consumer electronics company with roughly a billion in revenue. The average annual revenue of new clients now stands at €100M+. And the sales pipeline has never been fuller.
